The duties and responsibilities of the position are to be carried out in a manner that is consistent with the goals, values and operating principles of Sedano’s Supermarkets, and in conformity with all laws and regulations governing the company. Every employee is to follow the policies and procedures of his/her department as well as those of the company to ensure smooth operations.  Every employee, regardless of job title, is responsible for ensuring a safe environment throughout the store. This includes, but is not limited to immediately securing an area when a hazardous situation occurs, promptly informing the store manager of the situation, and/or promptly taking action to remove the hazardous condition.  Every employee must also maintain a friendly attitude, wear the proper uniform or dress code, keep the store stocked and organized, and provide excellent customer service on a regular basis.

Customer Service Representative

This role calls for an action-oriented, adaptable problem-solver who can help consumers expedite purchases and address after-sale issues.

In a fast-paced workplace, associates interact with customers primarily via phone and email and make use of a variety of software tools to manage customer accounts, examine policies, and offer practical solutions.


Maintain a high level of professionalism on every call and provide exceptional customer service
Answering customer questions through phone calls, live chat, and email support
Processing online orders and taking payments
Resolve customers billing complaints
Reporting customer feedback to internal teams
Display strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills to find solutions
Operate in a goal-oriented environment, achieving individual and team performance targets
Perform other ad hoc functions
Help define and analyze measures of success and drive ongoing program improvements based on stakeholder feedback
