Attorney- landlord tenant

Landlord and tenant law firm located in downtown Brooklyn Heights seeks qualified and experienced candidate to fill associate attorney position. The applicant Must have a minimum of one year practical hands-on experience in the landlord and tenant courts of New York City. All resumes must list the name of the landlord and tenant law firm or agency which the applicant had worked for in order to be considered. This job offers tremendous upward mobility for advancement. We support a friendly and conducive work environment with supervision by senior attorneys. Successful candidate must have ability to do intake of new clients and cases independently and draft motions, pleadings, and conduct discovery when necessary. In addition strong trial experience is a major advantage as is practice working on the appellate term level.
