Sales Representative

Health Plus Management LLC (HPM) provides management services to medical practices specializing in the area of Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. HPM manages over 35 locations throughout Long Island, NYC including the 5 boroughs, Westchester, NJ and Upstate. We provide management services that give the physician and therapists the opportunity to provide patient care without worrying about the administrative needs of the practice. Health Plus Management is seeking an energetic, detail orientated and creative Sales Representative to drive our business development. The Sales Representative will assist both sales and marketing team to ensure our clients are aware of Health Plus Management services. Able to promote, sell and establish new business relationships to further the brand.

**Must be willing to travel to Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, and Manhattan***

Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales and marketing team to increase business development
Visiting physicians and attorneys, as well as outside referral sources to introduce the practice, services offered, and treatments provided to enhance patient care
Organizing promotional events to enhance brand awareness
Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership
Managing and monitoring effectiveness of marketing campaigns and tracking of incoming referrals
Emphasize the features of services to highlight how they solve customer problems
Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
Maintaining and an inventory of sales support materials to make sure all resources are accurate and current, while coordinating new material as needed
Knowledge & Experience

PowerPoint, Microsoft, Salesforce software knowledge a plus
Basic knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required
Previous Marketing or sales experience
Proven knowledge of industry best practices
Skills & Abilities

Must own a reliable mode of transport (car) to fulfill daily/weekly visit schedule
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills and engagement with outside professional colleagues
Ability to time commitments, deadlines, and various deliverables
Critical thinker with a keen attention to detail
