Office Assistant

Location: Orlando/Kissimmee FL
Rate of Pay: $15.00 To 16.00 Per Hour
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Friday – 40-hour workweek

Job Details:
Performs staff assistance, and clerical duties in support of administrative offices.
Responsible for clerical, receptionist, and/or switchboard operator tasks, data entry, and other routine administrative duties.
Prepares and distributes daily statement of operations
Serves as an information resource for our client’s employees and the general public on routine matters.
Greets and assists all visitors.
Performs switchboard operator tasks using multi-line telephones.
Routes telephone calls as needed or takes messages.
Opens, sorts and distributes mail.
Performs clerical duties such as filing and photocopying.
Typing duties to complete routine correspondence and memorandum.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Prepares and updates Spreadsheets

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Word and Excel experienced
Great secretarial skills
1 year of customer service is a plus
Fully Vaccinated
