Job DescriptionThe Position: Junior Outside Sales Professional

Compensation: $60k-$120K as base + uncapped commission! ($120K compensation for highly skilled and experienced professionals whose performance level and achievements may be proven fast) + benefits

Location: Orlando, FL

Responsibilities:

Seeking a 100% commission sales role in 36 months of employment – top performers make $500K+ in the company!
Maintaining specific product knowledge of the products, services and equipment company offers within the distribution industry
Working effectively with team to complete sales negotiations to meet targets
Making a customer needs top priority
Building relationships with customers to craft solutions-based products via phone, email and social media
Analyzing, developing and cultivating leads to expand territory business and progress within the company
Demonstrating a willingness to perform in accordance with Company Values
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience with CRM software
2+ years experience in outside sales required
Strongly preferred experience in packaging industry
Having hunter-mindset to creatively and aggressively plan out territory sales
Having an entrepreneurial mindset
Veterans highly preferred
Limited job-hopping background (less than two years per previous roles)
