Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field, equivalent technical project work experience or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of customer-facing experience, interfacing with stakeholders, driving technical implementation or transformation programs.
Experience supporting enterprise customers in Siemens Product Lifecycle Management Implementation, technical support, escalation management or IT consulting.
Experience translating business requirements into technological solutions.
Customer-facing work experience with an MBA or Master’s degree in a management, technical or engineering field.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders, systems integrators and third software vendors to deliver high-impact solutions. Experience leading/managing a small team.
Knowledge of enterprise solutions such as ERP, MES, ALM, and MDM.
Understanding of Foundational knowledge in one of the following: IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application development, service architecture, cloud-native application development, hosted services, storage systems, and or content delivery networks, launch and capacity planning, and product release management.

As Technical Solution Engineering manager, you will manage the successful delivery of Product Lifecycle Management in Google Devices and Services Organization. You will help build innovative enterprise software applications, drive an exciting next generation PLM transformation and help implement a scalable platform to support Google’s product growth for years to come.
You will lead an Engineering delivery to design and implement our new enterprise PLM solution. You have deep technical expertise in Product Lifecycle Management to help Internal Customers successfully adopt Product Lifecycle Management. You will utilize your relationship management skills and technical credibility to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.

Develop best practices and assets that help accelerate adoption of Siemens Product Lifecycle Management.
Provide technical guidance, conduct architecture reviews and manage timelines, milestones, migration targets and business transformation strategies to enable teams to embrace Siemens Product Lifecycle Management.
Advocate for stakeholder needs to overcome adoption blockers, drive new feature development and lead across multiple work streams and teams to maintain momentum.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders in Business Systems and outside of Devices and Services Organization to develop strategic roadmaps for Siemens PLM on Google Cloud and it’s features development.
Partner with Siemens sales, lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions to drive Google’s technical needs with Siemens Product Development team.
