Pearson is looking for an Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Analyst to join our global team. In this role, you will work with resources across the globe and partner with business customers, vendors, and other technical teams supporting Oracle Financials.
Acts as a techno-functional analyst in some of the oracle business domains: General Ledger, Project Accounting and Project Billing, and Revenue Recognition, Inventory, Bills of Material, Work in Process, Advanced Supply Chain Management ASAP, Order Management OM, Trading Community Architecture TCA, Advanced Pricing, and Shipping.
Build partnerships with Pearson internal business customers, technical teams, and vendors.
Suggests process improvements, standardizations, and optimizations to business and technical processes.
Worked in EBS Production support (Incidents, Enhancements and Problem management) adhering to SLAs.
Prepare process flows, requirement documents, user training, and on-boarding documents to support upcoming projects and enhancements.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of Oracle ERP Techno-Functional experience on a global team.
Possess good functional understanding in Oracle ERP R12 modules in one or more areas: Finance, Project Accounting, HR, Order Management, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
Global Oracle ERP Operations experience with Oracle apps administration, functional configuration, integration, and troubleshooting skills are a must.
Expert in any areas of Oracle Application Technologies: Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, SQL Loaders, API’s, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripts, OAF and XML Publisher.
Well versed with CEMLI framework.
Create technical specification documents based on user requirements.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others.
Self-Motivated / Team player with the ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
